This was a poster built around Maya Angelou's poem "Continue."
I've always been interested in 3D modeling as a design tool, and this project gave me a reason to use it for something that actually meant something to me. The chaotic tangle of forms at the bottom is sharp, dense, colorful, and overwhelming. This represents a journey through life, an understanding that there will be troubles ahead that you are unable to see through. The pixelated clouds breaking through at the top are the resolution and the proof that you kept going. Design has always been a way to externalize things that are hard to say out loud, and this was one of the first times I let that be the whole point.
